There’s no time like the present to go solar

The State of California has instituted the largest, most ambitious solar incentive program in the nation. The financial incentives available today are substantial, and there is no time like the present to begin saving big money on your energy bills by installing a clean, solar electric system.

Federal Tax Credit

In addition to the state rebate, the U. S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1424, designed to address United States financial crisis on October 3, 2008. The act extends the 30% federal tax credit by the year of 2016, for solar system installers. This credit applies to your tax liability (or the tax amount owed) for the year the system was installed, and is not merely a tax deduction.

Property Tax Exemption

Solar electric systems are also exempt from property tax in the State of California. This allows you to benefit from the increased property value that you will experience from installing solar without the penalty of taxation.
